This song sums up what I did for almost 2 decades; pruning trees all over New Mexico. Most of my days were spent quietly in a tree in the most scenic office imaginable: rural New Mexico. What a charmed life I have lived dreaming and singing and listening and climbing the most beautiful apple trees. This song takes place in Chimayo New Mexico the destination for pilgrims each spring that walk for the Lord.
